Agnieszka Ewa Czmyr Kaczanowska is the co-founder and Vice President of the MamoPracuj Foundation. She is also the CEO and co-founder of the Women's Talent Bank.
Agnieszka supports women in their personal and professional development. She works closely with employers who believe in diversity and want to create inclusive workplaces. In 2022 alone, more than 1.5 million women benefited from her content, projects and programs managed by the Foundation and Talenti.pl.
She is also the co-creator and host of online courses, eBooks, podcasts and webinars and a TEDx Speaker. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including Puls Binzesu - 100 Business Women 2020, Forbes Women - 100 Women 2021, FOB Award "People Changing Business" 2021, Leader of Equal Business - British Embassy and Women's Congress Association, and Tech Disruptor by Master & Robots Award 2022.
The Women's Talent Podcast was created to educate, inspire and stimulate thinking and action about challenges faced by women in different professional spaces, and seek solutions to help level the playing field for women. Seven episodes of the podcast were recorded, covering topics such as diversity in the workplace, gender diversity in start-ups and venture capitalist funding, women in technology, recruitment, and revolutionizing the business industry.
The podcast episodes streamed on 12 platforms and their total promotional reach on various social media channels was more than 60,000. The project helped to raise awareness about the challenges faced by women in different professional spaces and generated discussions on potential solutions.

Agnieszka participated in the IVLP Project Women and Entrepreneurship II, organized by the U.S. Department of State and the Institute of International Education.
Her exchange experience led her to develop her IVLP Impact Award Project: "Participation in the IVLP program showed me that I have knowledge, I have experience, I have thoughts to share, and that's how the idea of the podcast came about."
