Adrian Garcia Casarrubias is the Founder of INFOOD, an organization that empowers small holder farmers from Mexico and Latin America by helping them acquire and adopt new farming methods. This allows them to access high value global markets. He previously worked as a Director for Parque de Innovación Agrobioteg and as an Educator for the Universidad Politécnica de Bicentenario. He received a Bachelor's in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Querétaro. He received his Master’s, and is currently working on his PhD, in Plant Biotechnology from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies at the National Polytechnic Institute.
