Abraham Hidalgo-Mendoza is the Co-Founder and CEO of MINGA. Connecting citizens, waste pickers' associations, and local governments, MINGA seeks to establish effective waste management and recycling in developing cities. Abraham is currently a Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Specialist for UN Women Colombia and has previously volunteered for CISV International and Peace Education. He has a Master's degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
