Ryan Oberlag is a graduate of the Missouri State University, receiving his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in French and the American University's School of International Service where he received his M.A. in Global Governance, Politics, and Security. Prior to joining Meridian, Ryan was an advocacy fellow at the United Nations Association of the National Capital Area (UNA-NCA) and completed his capstone with the U.S. Department of Labor. During his time at Missouri State University, Ryan studied abroad in Morocco, was a campus tour guide, member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and member of the MSU Pride marching band. During his time at American University, he served as the Community Development Coordinator for the SIS Graduate Student Council. Ryan has intermediate French skills.
