In partnership with the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), Meridian welcomed British parliamentarians to the U.S. for the first time since 2019 to take part in an intensive ten-day exchange that includes Congressional appointments in Washington, several days of shadowing a Member of Congress in their home district, and more.
This year marks the 45th anniversary of the program. The group met with Meridian stakeholders for a luncheon diving into current U.S.-U.K. relations and for an evening reception in their honor. Learn more about the program’s rich history here.
