Experts in technology, foreign relations and business will address the answers to these questions and more at the Meridian Global Leadership Summit next month. The Summit convenes 200 senior level business leaders, U.S. government officials, diplomats and policy influencers in a neutral, non-partisan forum.
The economy, jobs, immigration and border security are top of minds as American voters head to the polls in a few weeks for the midterm elections. This year’s Summit will address how leaders can prepare for a digitally-driven future across sectors and borders, the increasing influence of digital technology and innovation on foreign policy and international business, and the global responses needed to address these changes.
The Summit will also feature discussions about automation and closing the global skills gap; pending federal privacy legislation and the unintended consequences for businesses; the future of education; and how the largest looming national security threat isn’t nuclear, biological or chemical weapons – it is an attack on data and information.
Foreign Policy is the media partner for this year’s Summit. The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC), presented by Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA), joins Meridian again as a lead sponsor and host of the 2018 Summit.
Note: The Summit is an invitation only event. Please let Megan Devlin know if you would like an invitation or to learn more as additional speakers are added.
