As we enter 2025, Meridian celebrates 65 years of advancing American diplomacy and leadership.
Since 1960, we’ve partnered with thousands of leaders worldwide – including over 180 heads of state – to forge stronger connections between the United States and the world.
Today’s global landscape is as complex and uncertain as it was then - only now, the threats are different, and the stakes higher. Today’s challenges require more than traditional diplomacy. This is why we’re introducing our new mission as part of our 2025-2035 strategy:

Our vision expands and opens diplomacy beyond government. Business executives, governors, and mayors, scientists, athletes, and artists—these are the new diplomats on the frontlines tackling challenges no single government can solve alone. By investing in people with the power and potential to strengthen international collaboration on issues, we can ensure America continues to lead— creating a blueprint for a better, shared future.
