Meridian International Center invites the diplomatic corps to join us on February 27 for our Diplocraft program, “Understanding Washington: A Deep Dive into Federalism.” Meridian will host Dr. Keneshia Grant, Associate Professor of Political Science at Howard University for an overview of the inner workings of the U.S. government system, including the Constitutional decentralization of federal and state levels of government and the evolving understanding of the role of each branch.
