Summary of Position
Meridian International Center is seeking a strategic revenue and growth leader to launch and scale our suite of global education and diplomatic training programs. The Senior Director, Global Trainings & Education role will drive business development and expansion across two key areas: introducing our curriculum to educational institutions and foundation partners; and scaling our Corporate Diplomacy Global Leaders Program through enterprise partnerships and enrollment. The ideal candidate will build sustainable business models and drive revenue growth across educational institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and professionals in key sectors including science and technology. They will be adept at identifying market opportunities, structuring innovative partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth through both new and existing channels. This position is based in Washington, D.C., and Meridian requires MD, DC, or VA residence for all employees. The position may work partially remotely until further notice.
