Diplomacy at 250: Making of the Nation Garden Party

Timed alongside the lead-up to America’s semiquincentennial, the reception will convene senior leaders from Meridian, the U.S. Government, and the diplomatic community. Participants will include Google President of Global Affairs Kent Walker, VP for Public Policy Karan Bhatia, and VP of Google Arts & Culture Amit Sood.

This program is part of Meridian International Center’s Diplomacy at 250 initiative, exploring how digital platforms are shaping the preservation and global accessibility of cultural heritage and will highlight collaborations with countries around the world. And as a non-commercial initiative, Google Arts & Culture partners with more than 3,000 leading cultural institutions in 99 countries to preserve art, history, and culture and make them accessible to anyone, anywhere.
