In partnership with the Embassy of France and on the eve of the Paris Olympics opening ceremonies, Meridian will gather sports industry leaders, athletes, diplomats, private sector stakeholders, and U.S. policymakers to discuss the Games’ pivotal role in strengthening diplomatic ties, fostering public-private partnerships, and promoting economic development. The event will also explore opportunities for collaboration leading up to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
This continuation of Meridian’s Global Sports Diplomacy Initiative seeks to celebrate sports as an effective vehicle for diplomacy, cross-cultural understanding, and economic development worldwide.
If you have any questions regarding this program, please reach out to Nicole Mularz at externalaffairs@meridian.org.
