Meridian International Center has convened the world's top leaders at the intersection of science, technology, and diplomacy for over 60 years to collaborate and find solutions to our share global challenges. We know that our ability to tackle many of the biggest global issues today, from climate change and global health security to artificial intelligence and space exploration, requires the expertise of scientists. For this reason, Meridian is proud to partner with the Women in Science Diplomacy Association (WiSDA) to launch their Week of Women & Girls in Science to promote the full and equal participation of women and girls in STEM globally.
On Monday, February 5, we will bring together U.S. and international science diplomats, business leaders, scientists and women and girls advocates for a breakfast celebration on the important role women play in science and technology. The program serves to encourage greater global engagement of women in STEM through science diplomacy.
If you have any questions or would like to attend, please reach out to Vishva Bhatt at forums@meridian.org.
