As the development of artificial intelligence continues to accelerate, engaging with, harnessing, and establishing a framework to govern advanced technologies is paramount to promoting digital trust. Against the backdrop of the pioneering Hiroshima AI Process led by the Japanese government, efforts at the UN, and the upcoming Global Partnership on AI Summit in India, join Meridian as we explore varying approaches to international codes of conduct surrounding AI and how to best address its rapid realization. Meridian will host “Code Breakers: International AI Governance,” in partnership with Microsoft, for a robust discussion on the complexities of global AI governance structures, including adoption and development, risk management, and ethical use of AI.
