CWL Chair Michele Manatt speaks on citizen security in the Caribbean

Michele Manatt, a former official of the Clinton administration’s Office of National Drug Control Policy and Chair of the Council on Women’s Leadership at Meridian International Center and Johanna Mendelson Forman, an expert in international security issues who serves on the board of RESDAL, the Latin American Security Network wrote an op-ed about the need to address citizen security in the Caribbean in the wake of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer’s home invasion on Nevis.
