• An overview/ discussion on CBRN treaties and international organizations with oversight of CBRN production and transfer.

• Federal oversight for personal ammunition and firearms and how those rules, regulations, and licensing, are coordinated through the interagency process and/or with local authorities;
• The ATF's role in enforcing federal or state laws, and how that compliments or overlaps with local law enforcement;
• The challenges of gun control from the state perspective.
