- An overview/ discussion on CBRN treaties and international organizations with oversight of CBRN production and transfer.

- The manufacture of munitions contracted and supervised;
- How the Department of Defense manages transport, storage, and disposal of munitions.
ATF and MD legislature / Domestic Arms Control focus
- Federal oversight for personal ammunition and firearms and how those rules, regulations, and licensing, are coordinated through the interagency process and/or with local authorities;
- The ATF's role in enforcing federal or state laws, and how that compliments or overlaps with local law enforcement;
- The challenges of gun control from the state perspective.
