IVLP Impact Award Project: Empowering Women Led Small and Medium Enterprises with Business Skills Virtually to Create Sustainable Communities

The project promoted socio-economic development by fostering entrepreneurship growth in Uganda. A virtual mentoring and coaching program model was created for 10 women-led small and medium enterprises, resulting in enhanced financial and business management skills among the entrepreneurs through four entrepreneurship masterclasses. Participants learned about marketing, networking, financial planning and taxation.

Hendricah was also a panelist for the IVLP Impact Awards Alumni Discussion Series panel on “Promoting Economic Prosperity,” which you can read more about here.
