On December 10, 2019, Assistant Administrator Bailey Edwards, Federal Aviation Administration, will discuss priorities for the FAA and how the private sector can cooperate with regulations that ensure safety while enabling growth. Hugo Yon, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Transportation Affairs, will explain how the Office of Transportation Affairs at the U.S. Department of State works with domestic and international partners to advance bilateral aviation relationships, coordinates policy, and negotiates to ensure American competitiveness and access in the global market.
